Motor vehicle reservation at ETSEAFIV

With the aim of making the control and reservation of ETSEAFIV motor vehicles more agile, the reservation program has now been changed to the GEC (Common Space Management) program available on the UdL Intranet. The procedure is the same as the UdL space reservation.

Given that only the PDI and PTGAS have access to the UdL Intranet, motor vehicle reservations for the use of any student must be made by members of the PDI or PTGAS, who will be responsible.

We remind you that the current insurance does not cover traffic fines, which will be borne by the driver. It is also the driver's responsibility to have a valid driving license. In the case of driving the vehicle with a trailer, the user's driving license must be authorized for the weight of the trailer and the combined weight of vehicle + trailer.
